Villa Carolina Korte

Villa Carolina is a luxurious Istrian house located in the idyllic village of Korte. The renovated holiday home includes a garden and a beautiful heated pool. The holiday home is 80 m2. The layout contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a terrace. It is furnished in a rustic style and decorated in soft pastel tones.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). A baby cot can also be provided. The spacious bathroom decorated with colorful ceramics has a shower cabin. Guests also have access to a washing machine and dryer. Quality toiletries in the bathroom ensure additional enjoyment and well-being. The kitchen contains all the necessary equipment for carefree cooking and preparing various dishes.

In the kitchen there is a dining table and a counter which is perfect to enjoy a morning coffee. The bright living room contains a comfortable sofa that can be prepared as an additional bed. The living room and bedroom both have flat-screen TVs with rich international program. Each room is air-conditioned. On the covered terrace, there is garden furniture and a BBQ grill.

The cherry on top of this beautiful Istrian house is the heated pool, which spoils guests also outside of the season. Villa Carolina offers a nice getaway from everyday stress.

Despite being situated in the authenticity and charm of the Istrian countryside, not far from the beautiful nature, it is still in close to many tourist attractions and activities, so it can meet all the expectations of a demanding modern guest.

Villa Carolina can accommodate 4 people. Parking is available in front of the house. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi connection and fresh sheets and towels.

In Korte, there are many walking and cycling paths. One such path is Kaštelir, which with its 1230 m2 represents one of the largest prehistoric settlements in the Slovenian part of Istria. In Korte, it is also possible to visit the Church of St. Anthony and the 1st school in Slovenian Istria, which is 200 years old. In the center of the village, there is also a small grocery store. In the wine cellars Korenika & Moškon or Robi and Dorjano, it is possible to taste wines by prior arrangement.

Korte is known for its excellent cuisine. The Korte Restaurant pamper visitors with homemade dishes. Other excellent restaurants are located in neighboring villages, which are 10 minutes away by car from Korte.

Korte is only a 10-minute drive to the center of Izola (7.6 km), Portoroz (7.8 km), or Piran (11.3 km). Popular beaches in the area include Central Beach Portoroz (6.8 km), San Simon Beach in Izola (7.3 m), and Strunjan Beach (8.1 km).
